1. THE READER'S CERTIFICATE
is issued to persons over 16 years of age and grants the right to all services of the Library. The certificate charges are as follows:

• General Reader’s Certificate – 7 Lt,
• for schoolchildren, pensioners under 70 and the disabled – 5 Lt,
• persons over 70 – free of charge,
• children under 16 are not issued Reader’s Certificates.

FOREIGNERS, TEMPORARY READERS AND THOSE WHO HAVE NOT REGISTERED in the Library are also permitted to use the Library services except for taking publications out on loan.
In this case a special permit to visit the Library or obtaining a single-use Reader’s Certificate only for 1 Lt is required.

2. The colour and black-and-white copying services are rendered.

3. ILD – the services of the Inter-Library Loan Department. It provides the possibility of ordering and obtaining documents from the stock of other libraries by paying postage or copying expenses (in case of sending a copy, not an original).
